I've had a few visits here and the exceptional service from Eric and Dr. Shad are always great. Each time they were attentive and they took their time to answer all of my questions and addressed each of my concerns. There was no hesitation to ensure I was comfortable with the plan to assist me in getting a proper and restful night of sleep.

I spoke with Kelly to setup for an appliance fitting. The tele conference was on time and Kelly was professional, knowledgeable and organized. All my questions were answered confidence. IT has the site set-up so it is seamless and requires very little to manage. I look forward to working with you all for my fitting and follow ups. Scot Beach 🔆

I am extremely pleased with the superior service I received. The staff were highly knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my queries. I departed the office feeling confident about the quality of sleep that lies ahead. My technician was exceptional, communicating effectively and making me feel at ease, which alleviated my doubts and made me feel more confident that this was the right decision.

After being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and attempting a CPAP but failing, I made an appointment with Dr. Brian in hopes that a simpler solution could be had to help me. Not only has the oral appliance helped me stop snoring, almost immediately, but I was thrilled by the care, attention, professionalism, and empathy all of the staff at the Center gave me. From Dr. Kelly and my initial intake interview, to Rosa who managed my initial scans, to Eric who fitted me with the appliance, to Dr. Brian himself. I cannot think of one other medical/dental practice where everyone was so genuinely lovely. The fact that I have to drive 5 hours and stay in a hotel overnight shouts how wonderful this practice is and I only wish that every other interaction in the medical/dental field were as thoughtful and kind. Thank you all for making me feel cared for and that the pursuit of helping me live longer was a primary goal whatever it takes. Going to the Center for Sleep and TMJ is like visiting your favorite family or friend and the embrace that they greet you with every step of the way. 15 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It was quick and easy to get the pictures for my appliance. Picking up my appliance was quick and easy and directions were understandable. Check up after using appliance was easy and all questions were answered with easy to understand answers.
